Andrew Bensabat, CFBE, CHA
Andy Bensabat is a 20 plus year veteran of the Hospitality Industry who has progressively excelled in the area of Operations as a General Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Regional Vice President of Operations. In 1990, Andy was selected as Manager of the Year from among 209 of his peers at Red Roof Inns. Additionally, Andy’s experience with brands such as Choice Hotels International, Wyndham Worldwide, Hilton, IHG, La Quinta Inns & Suites, Grand Heritage Boutique Hotels, and Condominium Resort Management compliments the diverse portfolio of hotels at the Sun Companies.
Experienced in the markets of the South Eastern and South Central United States, Andy’s successes in these market comes from his drive for maximum revenue generation through market penetration, effective yield management & pricing strategies, along with the compassion to provide superior guest satisfaction and the expertise in managing maximum flow through.
Andy is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S. in Hotel/Restaurant Administration. He is Certified by the AH&LA as a Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) and Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA). He has completed the Leadership Development Certification at the Centers for Creative Leadership. Andy believes that the success of an organization come from the development of service cultures based on respect for others and the compassion for excellence.
