Ken Qualtier

Ken Qualtier joined Sun Development in fall of 2007 as Purchasing Manager and Sun’s “in-house” Interior Designer bringing with him 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry completing projects ranging from limited service hotels to resort and bouquet properties. He has worked his way from junior designer and draftsman to Senior Designer and Purchasing Manager for some of the countries leading FF&E design, procurement and management companies. His experience includes new construction, renovation, installation & coordination. Ken meets the challenge of supplying FF&E to each property combining the unique aesthetic needs, franchise specifications and staying within project budgets.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from the Harrington College of Design in Chicago, IL.
