Mike Clements

Mr. Clements career in construction began in 1965. He then progressed onto project manager and estimator with his former company. 

He has been affiliated with Sun Real Estate for several years before becoming a full time employee.  He has obtained contractor’s licenses for several states under the SUN name.  In late 2006, Mr. Clements came on board as full-time Senior Estimator and Qualifying Agent.  His area of responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, issuing letters of intent, obtaining bids and then reviewing project status with the vice-president of construction.

Mr. Clements continues his education and experience by obtaining building licenses in the states where SUN has plans to expand.  He ensures that projects are built using quality subcontractors within the allowed budget and time constraints.
